Microporous ceramic filtration media (including microporous ceramic filter bricks, filter plates, filter tubes, and filter arches) are produced by mixing aggregates (such as quartz, alumina, silicon carbide, etc.) with a certain amount of binder, pore-forming agent, and rare earth corrosion inhibitor. These materials are sintered at high temperatures into various shapes and specifications. After sintering into ceramics, numerous uniformly distributed and interconnected bridge-arch-shaped open micropore channels form within the structure, hence the name "microporous ceramics." When fluid passes through these microchannels, suspended impurities, colloidal particles, bacteria, macromolecular organic matter, and other contaminants in the raw water are filtered and retained. The fluid undergoes various physical effects on both the external surface and the interior of the microporous channels, achieving functions such as mechanical screening, purification, diffusion, fluidization, and adsorption retention.
